How do I connect my marketplace accounts?+
Go to Settings, then Integrations, and click Connect next to the marketplace you want to link (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or Etsy). You will be redirected to authorize ClickSKU. Once authorized, your orders will begin syncing automatically.
Does ClickSKU automatically update my inventory?+
Yes. When an order is marked as shipped on a connected marketplace, ClickSKU automatically decrements the inventory for the matched SKU and records the sale.
Can I connect multiple marketplaces?+
Yes. ClickSKU supports Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Etsy. You can connect one account per marketplace per workspace.
How do I invite team members?+
Go to Settings, then Team. Generate an invite code and share it with your team member. They can join your workspace during signup using that code.
Is my data secure?+
All marketplace credentials are fully encrypted before storage. Each workspace is isolated with row-level security so one organization can never access another. We do not share your data with third parties.
How do I disconnect a marketplace?+
Go to Settings, then Integrations. Click the Disconnect button next to the marketplace you want to remove. This immediately revokes access and removes stored credentials.
What happens during the free trial?+
You get full access to all features for 14 days. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, choose a plan to continue using ClickSKU.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+
Yes. To cancel, go to Settings and scroll to the Billing section. Your data will remain accessible until the end of the current billing period. You can also contact us at ghemmeinc@gmail.com for assistance.
